My Services

As your prenatal doula I will provide non-clinical advice, support and guidance for your prenatal needs. This includes:

Assisting with putting together a birth plan that works for you, or guide with any questions you may have regarding your current birth plan. I do not judge! Whether you chose epidural or no epidural, induction or spontaneous labor, planned or unplanned C-section, VBAC, home birth, hospital birth - whatever you chose, I want you to feel comfortable knowing I am there to support it all.
If requested, I may attend a hospital tour.
If you are a first-time parent, I can give ideas for what you might expect as the due date approaches.
Being on call to help you interpret if what you are experiencing is labor, and what may provide comfort & relief. This includes helping understand the signs to decide when to call caregiver / head for the hospital.

As your labor doula I will provide non-clinical advice, support and empowerment for your Labor Experience. This includes:

Being on call the 2 weeks before and after your due date.
Calm, steadfast emotional, physical and informational support during early labor, active labor, and all the stages of birth, arriving whenever you need me.
Advocate for your birth plan, or help you communicate / endure any changes you may make in the moment. If any circumstances arise where you may need to stray from your original birth plan, I can provide you the emotional support you may need to navigate these changes.
Ambience control - making the space positive and healthy for you as you see fit.
